In the morning children learned how to make Egyptian style jewellery and headdresses,  wrote secret messages in hieroglyphics and  even made mummy biscuits!

In the afternoon, they celebrated everything they have learned about the Ancient Egyptians by dressing up like them and eating food they would have had.

At the end of the day, children competed to see which team could mummify someone the quickest. Everyone had a fantastic day and would like to thank parents for their donations for Ancient Egyptian day.
